Grace of Rock - Casper2003 AQHA gelding
Casper is our been there, done that gelding and is excellent for all levels of riders. Previously, Casper was a roping horse and then began competing with Lora (our western trainer) in all western performance and ranch horse versatility classes. Casper is our great go-to horse and is perfect for giving beginners confidence, as well as, teaching more advanced riders to develop feel and how to operate more push-button style horse.

Currently, Dakota is on his way to fill Casper's shoes as a ranch versatility horse. He is starting to compete in ranch horse shows and is already looking very promising. Lora has owned Dakota since he was a yearling and the rest has been history. Dakota is used for intermediate riders as he is more forward.

Sargent Tibbs1998 grade gelding
Tibbs is a very kind individual, he loves people and is very quiet. He is very patient and wants to do everything you ask for him. Tibbs has the cutest and sweetest personality that everyone easily falls in love with. He is perfect for beginner riders and those beginning their riding career as he is a great confidence builder. One fun little fact about Tibbs is he has a mustache. If you look closely you can spot it! |
Frodo2014 Haflinger Gelding
Meet Frodo! Frodo is our tiny but, mighty Haflinger pony. Although he is small in stature, he is able to carry adults quite easily. Frodo is used for our intermediate students and is wonderful for giving students the feel of a more forward horse. We are so excited to see what the future holds for this Frodo. |
Previous Lesson Horses
ColonelColonel was one of our lesson horses that we had here at Triple L Farm that everyone grew to love! He was best buddies with Tibbs and was excellent helping students advance in their riding. He kept his riders safe and always gave us a laugh with his funny little quirks.
Colonel sadly passed away in November 2022. Although we are not certain on his age, the vet guessed him to be between 25-28 but, it was hard to tell because he was beginning to loose his teeth. We deeply miss this big boy but, are so blessed to be able to get the chance to know and love him as one of our equine friends. |
